    Hi @Kelsey Mandus and welcome to BiggerPockets! The larger local real estate investors associations, Georgia REIA and Atlanta REIA, have several networking events each month. Google "Georgia REIA" and "Atlanta REIA" for their websites and calendars.

    Of course, BP is also an excellent place to get referrals for great wholesalers and GCs!
