Flipping houses is not easy the hardest part is finding a house where the numbers work. Rentals aren't as tough but you still need to find the right property. REI in general is difficult if you don't at least pick one of these lanes to focus on, otherwise it is just a nebulous daydream that never happens @Juan Garcia
Then people can give you better information. Right now it is like asking about college without telling anyone what you want to major in, there is so much info that it is hard to be specific @Juan Garcia
@Juan Garcia welcome to BP!! There is a lot to learn and you are at the right place! My advice is to start by reading "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide", it gives you a great overview of ways to make money in real estate.
