New Investor in the Orlando area

My name is Carlos Segarra and I have lived in the south Orlando area for over 30+ years. I am new to REI and I'm ready to get this journey started. My primary goal is to be able to make buy & hold, fix/flip investments.

Never stop learning! Bigger Pockets is great to immerse yourself with information and I suggest you to listen to the amazing podcats they have. Ive learned so much from them and aswell as the forums on here.

I am familiar with the Orlando area - as I invest and live in Sarasota Florida.
