Omaha, NE Investing and Team Member Recommendations

Hey BP fam!

I'm a new investor based in Minneapolis, MN looking to purchase 1 or 2 SF or small MF rental properties this year. I was turned on to Omaha by my man Kurt Pauley who does some investing there. I'm looking for relationships/recommendations for 

Agent

Lender

Property Manager

Contractor

Any other recommendations or info on the Omaha rental market are welcome, but those are the main 4 I'm looking for right now.

    Ryan kluthe from Berkshire Hathaway works with a lot of out of state investors and owns rental property herself.
