Hi, new member here. I stumbled across bigger pockets accidentally when looking to get my parents a house. Like many, I believed lots of my own money was needed in order to get a house. My family members were afraid to invest  because of this reason. After listening to successfull guest who make deals on BP, I've learned that all deals are good deals, you just need to be creative. 

I am diving deep into this world of real estate investment. I just started out on my career as a transportation engineer, but I'm finding there are other avenues to creating income. I hope to gain the knowledge to find the good deals and creative solutions.
