Hello everyone. I live in New York but have a condo and a rehab project in tampa. I'm interested in making some connections and learning more about flipping and rental property in the tampa area. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Does anyone know a good resource for evaluating previous past performance for particular real estate markets broken down by zip codes? I would like to compare markets based on the average rate of appreciation preferably during the last 100 years. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
