Hello Fellow BiggerPockets Members,

We are looking to venture into rental property investments in the Scranton/Old Forge PA area.  

Unsure how to find good leads in the area besides online listings and want to start with a solid well put together  property to start. Will be close to the area for the next 4-5 years and would like to accumulate 3-4 properties over the 1st few years of that time.
