Hi Everyone! I'm from New Jersey (Somerset County) and just signed up as a pro member. My name is Gisel Lainez-Jimenez and I am looking to increase my knowledge in real estate wholesaling, buy and holds, tax liens and flipping.

I bought my first property at 21 - lived in it for 5 years, rehabbed it and sold it for 100% profit not even knowing what that was called or what I had done. I bought a single family with the proceeds (thinking back, I wish I would've kept some of those funds liquid.) I obtained my RE license in 2006 and have been selling Resi RE since then. I specialize w/ 1st Time Homebuyers and offer them education on taking advantage of Owner Occupied Multi Fams. In addition to the madness, I hold a full time job as a Senior Commercial RE Lease Analyst (I can dissect the heck out of a Lease). 

My purpose is to engulf myself into learning and create relationships. I would love to have the ability to pave the way for my clients as well as help other real estate agents accept diversifying their income through these investment methods.
