I see you’re in Kings county? A lot of good wholesaling happens in those cities in Kings. Out of curiosity, why would you choose a different county than your own?

@Chris Williams thanks! I chose Fresno because it is bigger, and to be honest I thought there just wasn't any deals in Kings county.
