What do investors look for in a Property Management company?
Hey everyone, I want to learn more about what goes through an investor's mind when making a decision after investing in a market and hiring a PM company. What do you like? What do you run away from?

@Andrew Park it is important that a property manager is responsive, both to an owner and tenant. Owners will look at your website and even test-call pretending they are interested in a property. I would want to hear about tenant screening procedures. I would want to understand the fee structure for the owner and tenant.
