Hello and good day to you all! My name is Di (rhymes with pie!), a super-newb to the real estate situation and I am fascinated! Currently home-based in Salt Lake, but was living the #vanlife and traveling on and off over the last 5 years. I’ve been self-employed for over 10 years (musician, massage therapist, landscaping, admin type consulting, data entry, catering, bartending, etc.) and somehow real estate has never been on my radar… until now!! Coming into all this very organically as I’ve started landlording where I live. I am eager to learn, network, connect, chat and put myself into a position where I’m held accountable. Currently working on the following before I dive deep next year;

1) Education (lots o’ podcasts, webinars and have started with ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’)

2) Up-To-Date on Taxes

3) Eradicate Debt

4) Sign Up for ProMembership (upon completion of step 3) Love those calculators!

5) Build systems/operations/procedures and put into place so I can hit the ground running next year!!
