Hello Everyone ,
I am completely new to this field, but one thing about me is that I am very eager to learn. I’ve taken a couple of real estate classes at the University of Houston. I am never done learning and I wanted to see if maybe someone would maybe partner or just let me tag along and see how they go about either flipping properties or attaining a rental property .
Welcome are you apart of any REIA's? I have attended a few meetings here in Houston. I also have learned a lot just reading the posts and watching the webinars here on BP.
I would recommend attending some local meetings as @Sharnell Nelms mentioned. In my area I have found these on meetup.com but you can also use biggerpockets.com/events to find some. You now also have a huge network of like-minded people at your fingertips with biggerpockets so just dive into those forums and get involved!
