Hi! I'm starting my career as a salesperson in New York City and currently in search for a great team to join.

Compass Real Estate feels right for me. Is there a difference between joining a team vs working directly with Compass?

Your advice is very appreciated.

Thanks!

You currently have to have 2+ years experience to join Compass. Even then, the benchmarks are quite high.

Compass requires that you have minimum sales and a minimum time in business before they take you. You can not join as a new agent. You can join a Compass team if the team hires you.
