Real estate investing in Chicago suburb
I am looking at SFH in mudelein , IL. A SFH , house looks okay , some repairs are needed. It is a 3br 2 baths with a large basement. Numbers make sense but I am worried about the location . Is anyone familiar with that location . If yes , is it a good location to get a SFH to buy , live in for a bit , rehab and rent? . Thank you so much to Bigger pocket yall are the best.
