Hello BP,  My name is Stephen and I'm a newbie investor looking to invest in real estate. I'm a father of 4 great kids whom I give all my free time to when I'm not at work or studying real estate. I've always wanted to invest in real estate so that I could become financially free and teach my kids.Over the last years I've been obsessed with real estate investing and have read over 6 book and countless youtube videos and BP podcast of course.Im looking to wholesale first to get some cash or skin in the game as they say then house hacking some duplexes.
