Currently starting a job in Seattle remote from Milwaukee but will likely move to Seattle in the early fall. I have heard the Seattle market is pretty cut and dry, but I'm sure there is a great deal to be found. I'm looking forward to learning from you all, passing that knowledge to others, and making great partnerships and deals. Thanks for reading!
@Andrew Szymanek I live in Seattle and invest in Seattle and Milwaukee. I would recommend doing a house hack in Seattle for appreciation play and also invest in MKE for cashflow. This will be a diversified portfolio. Feel free to connect if you have questions. I’m guessing you got a job at Amazon so I can help with Amazon questions too as I work there.
Might be worth looking at deals in the Milwaukee area as well. If you have the connections here you should be able to still buy deals here while living in Seattle.
Now that part of Seattle has declared itself a separate country and the eviction moratorium has been extended I would reconsider anything i or around Seattle.
