I’m looking to purchase a condo unit in the North

Hi, I’m looking to purchase a condo to Airbnb short term in the North Miami Beach area. I would need help finding a unit that is 1. Airbnb friendly 2. For sale by owner. Would anyone be able to make me a list of units that qualify? One particular complex I’m interested in is Quayside towers in North Miami but I’m not sure if they are Airbnb friendly.
