Welcome to BP! I'd suggest building a team if you're doing out of state investing. Find property managers, mortgage brokers or private lenders, insurance brokers, and contractors to help you with your properties and deals. I'm in Indianapolis. Congrats on your first investment! Always happy to connect in the Indianapolis market - remote investing is tricky, but doesn't have to be. Indy is also a great market to make your dollars stretch - don't get discouraged as you are looking for deals, you'll need to break your prospecting areas down street-by-street and not zip codes or neighborhood class ratings.
