Just came across this app, super excited to get into my first investment deal before the year end. Researching creative financing as 1099 for 2+ years.

You will be able to meet a lot of different people to help along your journey as well as find many different resources. As for creative financing for 1099, you should be fine with 2 years of work history but there is always other options like seller financing and hard/private money. @Vee Patel
