Brand new to the game! Hit me with some lingo!
Super new and super motivated! Only problem is idk the real estate lingo! Hit me with some of the term you all use. Also, I’m not a real estate agent. Just looking for some extra cash flow. Any suggestions on where to start?

My suggestion is start by reading "what every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow" then reach out to an agent for some help finding properties :) Make sure it is an agent who does investing like the ones on BP!
