I participate in the Multifamily Investor Network Meetup once a month. It's virtual, and right now the people in Birmingham (and some other cities) are joining in with the Greenville, SC group. I always get a lot out of the meetings and the B'ham people have begun discussing going to an in-person meeting soon. I will likely host here at RentMonster when we get enough people.
