I'm curious, has anyone done this program? If yes, how much? How long? What was your outcome? Are you still involved? Is the coaching real? Is it a 50/50 partnership?

I'm looking for feedback, please. Thank you.

I work with Peter Vekselman and I am still a partner with Partner-Driven.  Do you still have questions?

I spoke to a guy named Rene he was really cool. Lady I spoke with back in January made me mad. Friend was at my house he was like ,"who are you yelling at I have never seen you upset ever" lol I got tied up called him 45 minutes which was after midnight and he answered right away. Sounded excited after we got off phone

Rene was really great . told me they covered earnest money too that was huge to me asked him to add that in proposal. weird thing is I spoke to a lady back in January she was real nasty I hung up. Rene price he quoted a few days ago was half of what lady told me just a few months ago .he told me they added a skip trace feature too included amongst other stuff recently. I do think more people would go with them if price was a little lower cause they already getting half and many don't have credit cards or can afford monthly payments until first deal etc.I am going to join Friday . Rene was excited to get me started. I called him after midnight got tied up..he picked up phone right way. Great customer service! Depends on area some deals sell same day. Especially parts of Texas and Florida . I can see how people could have done 3 or 4 deals in a few months with them

    @John Webster

Hi John, I spoke to a sales person today. I’m very interested however it sounds like the pricing varies from person to person. I was told an initial one time payment plus $500/month. Sounds like you didn’t have a monthly payment?

I would definitely not recommend this program. You can find a real estate coach for cheaper than 10k. They run an extensive operation with many "partners" around the country. Some 5000 in the facebook group. If you have that many people searching for deals for you, then you would be doing dozens of deals a day. But that is likely not the case. They do some deals for testimonials but hardly enough for the average partner. You are more valuable to them as a 10k check than a "partner." They make money from coaching. Peter Vekselman has extensive knowledge in real estate especially in the SE USA. But he is also in the business of making coaching income. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Save the 10 k for you own investment property.

Following this post. I'm also considering the Partner Driven program. @seanpolley, could you tell me more? Looking for information into the legitimacy of the program, and I really want to know what's the catch? It sounds too good to be true. Thanks!

Does this program actually prospect for properties for you or do you do that yourself? I don't see the value in this unless they actually provide a way for you to obtain off market properties.  In this market with little to no inventory, I don't see how they could be of any use unless they had access to inventory that a new investor does not.  Providing funding is great but if you can't find a property it is useless.  Maybe I am missing something here?

As this post is about a year old, I'd like to know what kind of success people have had with Partner Driven. Please give details. I would love to know where you did deals, how long it took, what you had to do to get the deals, how much you had to spend in time and money, and what kind of profits you made. I too have a call with Partner Driven tomorrow.  I am in the Northern New Jersey and NYC markets and it can be very challenging.

    @Amani Abdel-Dayem

I’m still trying to get any type of feelers on peter and partner driven. I seen Facebook and google reviews, but those can easily be fake.

I have enough for their program but not quite enough right now for a 20% down payment.

In my opinion their program fee of $10k would be well worth it, even if I just flipped 3 properties with them!

Has anyone at all from BP joined partner driven?!?

Same. It has been years and I think only their sales director said he has actually done deals with them. It’s a shame.

I will be getting a call today from them. It sounds like I would need to fork up a lot of money from what I am reading here. I suggest anyone look up any business just google BBB (better business bureau) and the name of the business and you can quickly find a link.

For those of you with experience with this company, is this program worth it for people who are interested mainly in wholesale business to start?

Mike, I participated in Partner Driven and ended up cancelling my "partnership" with them. I dont care to explain my frustrations further offline but I guess I will say this. They provide training, software, etc. And I was interested in wholesaling some as well, but I just dont think that what I would be giving up by 50/50 splitting wholesale deals that basically I go find and setup, etc. in addition to the significant cost to join PD was a good enough value/ROI compared to some of the other options and programs that are out there. Just my .02 cents.

So far, for what I was looking for I am thoroughly satisfied. It got me into wholesaling which I probably would have never done without it. Also, I am looking into getting a flip going with them.

I wasn't looking for this program as an end all be all for my real estate business. To me it si ply adds to my toolbelt. I can get into a flip project on my own and if I find another I would like to do I can jump into that without worrying about finding funding or a new down payment. They just take half the profit. On the wholesaling side the same thing. I can get a property under contract on my own and work through all of the back office steps and everything else that comes with it, or do it with PD and have the back office stuff done for me and get help finding a buyer.

You don't have to do the deal you find with them it is your choice. Honestly, the 10k you pay to get in can easily be made back, then you have this great resource at your disposal to lean on. Not to mention all the coaching calls, email support, the CRM and the lead generating tool (that's. Gives 1000 skip traces a month for free).

For me it has been great.

(Edit) And for the skeptics it does work. I have 2 deals under contract right now, one wholesale which I will be assigning within the next week or so for a profit. The other is under contract and I will probably end up keeping it and starting the rehab, depending on the next couple of people I show it to. Both of these I have under my own LLC.

I have recently had a call with Partner Driven, and wanted to do my due diligence. Thanks to everyone for their candid input. I can always count on BP group for good information. I will keep you posted.

Just curious about what's the timeline of getting a wholesale deal done and receive cash in hand?

It is really up to you and how quickly you work. I just got my first Wholesale deal done and got paid on it. I didn't go through them though. I used there platform/CRM to get the place under contract but went about it my own way to find the buyer, therefore the speed of the closing was not representative of the companies ability.

I am pretty sure it is as fast as the average time it takes for a deal to close if not faster since they can run the back office stuff with there dedicated team. The main headache with them is following there guidelines on the deals they will and wont assist you with.

for flips you have to get the property at 65% of the arv value- any repair costs, which can be tough to find. Then you have to get 3 different real estate agents to give ARVs on the 45 day sale index. And one has to talk the property.... then when doing the rehab you have to give daily updates. These rules can be a pain but they are fund EVERYTHING so you know.

For wholesaling you have to get the property at 75% of the ARV and have 1 realtor walk the property (they will be the same one to list it for you) so thats not as bad.

I've started Partner program with Peter 10 days ago. I directly contacted Peter and got into the program for $9900.  Currently, I'm in Texas - DFW area and will be relocating to Tampa, FL later this year. Based on what I see so far, I believe that they do have complete coaching and support system to make their students successful.  I'll keep you all posted on my progress and feedback.

    Hi Rachelle,

Great questions! As one of the owners of Partner Driven, I’m happy to provide some insight into our program.

    Program Details:

    • Coaching: Yes, the coaching is very real and ongoing. We offer comprehensive support, including deal review and underwriting, to ensure you’re set up for success.
    • 50/50 Partnership: It is indeed a 50/50 partnership. We fund 100% of the acquisition and rehab costs, take on the financial risk, and then split the profits equally on the backend.

    Feedback from Partners:

Many of our partners have had positive experiences. For instance, Kevin Suhr, one of our partners, shared that he appreciates the ongoing coaching and deal review. He has found the partnership beneficial in managing and funding his deals.

    Time Frame and Outcomes:

The duration and outcomes can vary depending on the specific deals and market conditions. Generally, our partners start seeing results within a few months, and many continue to stay involved with us long-term due to the benefits and support they receive.

@Sean Polley Sean, how does the Partner Driven system work? What are the investments required, am I obligated to use this system for every deal I find will this run congruent to other real estate deals?

    Thanks

    Hi Joseph,

Great questions! I’m happy to explain how the Partner Driven system works and what you can expect.

    How It Works:

    • 100% Financing: We provide 100% financing for both the acquisition and rehab costs of the property.
    • Deal Review: Our team reviews and underwrites the deals to ensure they meet our criteria.
    • Coaching and Support: We offer ongoing coaching to guide you through the process, from finding deals to managing rehabs.
    • Profit Sharing: We operate on a 50/50 profit split. We take on the financial risk, and once the property is sold, we split the profits equally.

    Investments Required:

    • Initial Fee: There is an initial fee to join the program, which gives you access to our resources, coaching, and funding.
    • No Obligation for Every Deal: You are not obligated to use the Partner Driven system for every deal you find. You can choose which deals you want to bring to the table.

    Running Concurrently with Other Deals:

Yes, you can run the Partner Driven system concurrently with your other real estate deals. Many of our partners use our system for certain deals while pursuing other opportunities independently. It’s all about what works best for your investing strategy.

I got involved a little more than six months ago so the price may have gone up.  There are no other fees from Partner Driven, but you may need money to market your business and find your deals.  Everyone is accessible through email and cell phone.  They do provide on-going training and coaching Monday through Friday through their private facebook page.  The 50/50 split is accurate, based on the profit made on the deal.  Keep in mind, since they fund the deal 100% (purchase and rehab), they are taking all of the risk.

    Hi Sean,

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's always great to hear from partners who have been involved for a while.

    Additional Insights:

    • Pricing: As Sean mentioned, the initial fee may have changed since he joined, so it’s good to check for the latest information.
    • Marketing Costs: While Partner Driven covers 100% of the purchase and rehab costs, you might need some funds for marketing your business and finding deals.
    • Accessibility: Our team is very accessible through email and cell phone, ensuring you get the support you need when you need it.
    • Ongoing Training: We provide ongoing training and coaching Monday through Friday through our private Facebook page. This keeps you updated and continuously learning.
    • 50/50 Split: The 50/50 split on profits is accurate, reflecting the shared success of the partnership. Since we fund the deal 100%, we take on all the financial risk.

    Hi Sean,

Thanks for sharing your continued positive experience! It's great to hear from partners who are thriving in the program.

    Additional Insights:

    • Lifetime Partnership: As Sean mentioned, once you sign up and pay the initial fee, you’re a partner forever. This means ongoing access to our resources, support, and funding.
    • Commitment: We pride ourselves on being a reliable and supportive team. We do what we say we will do, but as Sean rightly pointed out, the rest is on you. Success comes from your willingness to work hard and grow your business.
