Hey Justin, it's great to hear that you're getting involved in real estate investing. Bigger Pockets is a great platform for not only connecting with investors but also seeking knowledge from those who had been in your shoes at one point. Take a look through the different forums and I'm sure you'll stumble upon some valuable information. As far as great areas to look in Charlotte, I would say you're better off looking in different areas outside of Charlotte like Gastonia, Concord, Belmont, etc. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
