Just hearing that JP Morgan has a $13 billion fine $4billion for restitution, BoA is admitting to fraud, SAC losing it's license and forfeits US portfolio and indictments on individuals are coming down as well.
Any restitution could take years, better late than never.
I guess we will see how hard the executives of the housing bubble get slapped.
Anyone hear of anything else on the regulatory front?

Surely you meant the intern to the helper to the assistant to the executives being indicted?
Just kidding - apparently Dimon is still trying to negotiate more money in lieu of any criminal charges as part of a settlement with JP Morgan. I wonder how much that jury verdict against BOA/Countrywide yesterday played into the agreement getting so close to being final?

Well, have no idea, I'm keeping up as a disinterested citizen should, from the evening news. Who actually gets hung and fined is probably months if not a few years off considering trial times. Just wondered if anyone had any more dirt, LOL :)
