Invested in ArgiTech and Company been investigated by SEC now

Hi All,

In 2021, I invested money in techArgi company called (GPCapital) by buying their Pod (container to grow cannabis). They leased the pod and will do buy back after 5 year and they promise to give 20% in rent every year. However, after 1 year they are been investigated by SEC and we have not received any payment since pst 1 year.  We are not getting any reply from the company itself and providing std hand waving answer "we are working with SEC and will get back to you after it is resolved."

I was looking in this forum what can I do to get my initial investment back. I probably don't trust these ppl any more to do the right thing since they are not responsive over phone, email etc.

Thanks

Wave goodbye to the money. You can sue Shannon Illingworth 1245 Cleveland Way, Corona, CA 92881 but the attorney fees are probably $120000.  I don't see a bankruptcy filing, you are unsecured creditor.

    How much money?

Go pick up a container and put it in your driveway?

Hi @Caroline Gerardo, yes.. the company it self is saying go pickup the container if you want lol.. that the plan.. but looking for someone to buy the container so at least can get some of the money :). Money wise it is little less than attorney fees.

Sell it to PODS or have them pick it up for you for any amount of money.

that is good suggestion.. let me try that.. I am sure PODS will give way less but oh well..anything is better than losing 100% money
