What are strange LLC names that own property
I do a lot of searching through the MLS and county records, and come across these fairly often, but am curious as to who/what they are. Hedgefunds, large buyers, mortgage companies etc.
They usually say something like Pkg 5-dfw 28 llc, with 10-20 properties in each LLC. They are bought/sold at the same time as well.
