Hey everyone. We’re having a Raccoon problem at 1 of our rentals. What can we do to stop this from happening ? It’s becoming a lot and the family who’s occupying the home is sacred. The tenant mentioned she hearing them in the attic at night. Today we put them in a hotel for the weekend until we figure this out and stop this from happening. This is our first time with this issue. Any suggestions ? Thanks !

Put them on Craigslist as baby pandas, free to good home…

They look pretty cute on someone else’s roof. :-)
