Looking for legal recommendations (NC) — ACH rent chargeback issue
Has anyone dealt with ACH rent chargebacks through Apartments.com or Stripe? A tenant disputed an authorized rent payment after occupying the unit, and the platform passed the loss to me citing ACH rules. I’m seeking attorney recommendations in NC for business/contract disputes involving rental platforms or payment processors. Not a tenant-side issue. Thanks in advance
