I would assume that most of you are familiar with Jeff Foxworthy & The Blue Collar Comedy Tour. After recent events I would like to start a spoof of that with BP's very own You Know Your a Landlord. I will start us out. 

If you have ever taken vacation from your 9 to 5 job in order to re-roof a rental... Youuu know your a landlord.

If you have ever fielded a phone call at 3:17 in the morning because someones ICEMAKER has suddenly stopped working... Youuu know your a landlord.
