Looking for some feed back, from an investors stand point, real estate can be tough, and doesnt fit every ones criteria. looking forwards to a few replies!
I invest my money in a few different ways and I'm happy with all options. Employer 401k with match, my own stock portfolio, and real estate. I like the Employer 401k with match for the consistency it provides and knowing that over time it likely will grow. I like my own stock portfolio for the reason of having some money to invest as I please and move and have somewhat liquid if I need. Real Estate is really where I feel my future will come though as it is designed to provide in retirement for me while the other avenues would allow me flexibility.
I have already tried different investments. Stocks, bonds, bank savings, educational plans, trust funds and foremost in a real estate. I consider purchasing a house and lot for investment that I could count on when I get older. I can even entrusted it to my kids in the future with greater value.
