    What do you mean? Like finance their work? i haven't heard of any. Most of the ones we work with in columbus want 1/3 up front. It's even tough to get 10k draw agreements for some of them.

    Thanks Robert. I've actually met one, however he (go figure) is extremely busy.

    How do you propose to structure the contract? Is this a flip? Or you just need work done on your property?

    Nobody is gonna work for free without collateral
