I understand misspelling one or two words blogging quickly but when you're putting out an ad for your company you really need to proofread. also, him not being responsible while the property is in his possession sounds fishy.
I did the credit thing as well and it did not work as well. I am going to guess he is not licensed as well. (which doesn't always bother me as the best pm's I have used have been unlicensed)
