Hey guys! I have a bit of a conundrum here. I went crazy on Amazon and pretty much bought almost all of the BP books(IN ONE GO). I already read Investing In Real Estate with no and low money down. But besides that, do you guys have any suggestions in what order to read these books? My objective is to buy and hold for cashflow, but since I'm in construction I wouldn't mind doing a few flips to feed the buy and hold machine. I'm currently house hacking in a duplex. I'm literally staring at the pile and wishing I could read them all at the same time lol, but we men are not great multitaskers. Please give some input. Appreciate it!

@George Kamerzan "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and "The Book on Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" held the most value for me intially. Both will give you the guidebook to allow you to invest anywhere with anyone.
That being said, be sure and center on one methodology and go all in.

@George Kamerzan I've been reading The Book on Rental Property Investing. Definitely a lot of information on buy and hold properties if you want to pursue that! Good to hear that you are committed to REI!
I highly recommend listening to Podcasts that are focused on your niche as a great way to learn.

Hey George,
Diving in head first, nice! I would go for Set for Life by Scott Trench. It is good for developing a mindset and does not get too bogged down with details that you may not need yet. The Book on Rental Property Investing would be my next, as it surveys the whole landscape of real estate.
After that? Pick a niche you are interested in and dive deep into specifics there.
