Hi Timothy! I live in Gorham. We have investment property in Washington DC but I'm hoping to invest in Maine property soon. I'm looking in either the Saco/Biddeford area or L/A. I've lived in South Portland, Westbrook and Lewiston and our family had a camp on little Sebago growing up.

@Timothy, hi there. I live in the County and a majority of my investments are in Houlton. I’ve got 41 residential doors and 16 commercials tenants. Having a good time but it’s not without stress! I’ve not made it to the monthly meetups in Bangor yet, but soon! Welcome and good luck to you!

Hi jen if you any any help with L/A market let me know! My parents live in gorham. I grew up my first 5 years there. Love it. Exploded the last few years.... I’ve done a lot of patios this year there.

@Timothy, you ain’t kidding! I’m not from here originally but I’ve learned it’s a great place to raise kids and if you’ve got the ability to risk it all, you can become a good size fish in a complacent pond.
