Attention all Cleveland, OH area investors and anyone else who is interested in real estate investing.
We are going to reboot our Cleveland BP meet-up group on Thursday August 27th at 6pm.
We have had a couple of informal, but very enjoyable meet-ups in the past, and we would like to get back into a monthly or bi-monthly routine of meeting up to talk real estate.
There is no official format, and there will be no sales pitches at this event. Just come out, meet some like-minded people, and let's talk about REI.
We will be meeting at the same location as the previous meet-ups:
The Brew Garden in Middleburg Hts. at 18950 Bagley Rd.
Please feel free to invite whoever else you think might be interested too.

Just some encouraging words to all new and experienced Cleveland investors come out tonight and mingle. I would like to see everyone meet like minded people who want similar goals in life and share the same passion of real estate.
Meetup is The Brew Garden in Middleburg Hts. at 18950 Bagley Rd @ 6pm. I'll make myself know I'll be wearing the Russell Real Estate name badge :)

Very disappointed I couldn't make it to the meet up so I'm interested to know how it went. I definitely want to meet as many people as I can when I revisit Cleveland in October.

Thanks everyone for coming out last night, it was a pleasure meeting all of you. I had a great time talking about REI, and getting to know some new people.
It sounds like there is an interest in more meet ups in the future, so we can try maybe the last week of every month to get together.

Sure we can celebrate some big milestones. For example @Matt Scott should have closed on his first house then I will have sold my deal I Ohio City, currently pending And if anyone had some wins please mention

The next Cleveland BP meet up will be Thursday, September 24th at 6:00pm, at the Brew Garden in Middleburg Hts.

I'm thinking the last Thursday of the month might be a good day for most people to come out. What do you all think about that?
Again, there will be no formal agendas and no sales pitches. This is just people getting together to talk about REI over food and drinks.

@Charlie McVan Yes, the 29th of October at 6pm. Brew Garden in Middleburg Heights, off Bagley and I-77.
The meetup hasn't really moved around, but we have folks who travel from Hudson and Cleveland Heights. I don't know of any other formal BP meetups in Cleveland.

I called to reserve the back room, but unfortunately it was already booked. However, they are reserving a large table for 15-20 people for us, so we should be comfy.
