Cleveland (Northeastern Ohio) Meetup?

Please let me know if there is any interest in a very informal gathering to build your network and discuss all things REI. Looking at dates towards the end of March with a Cleveland location TBD. Regards, Ron

Attention all Cleveland, OH area investors and anyone else who is interested in real estate investing.

We are going to reboot our Cleveland BP meet-up group on Thursday August 27th at 6pm.

We have had a couple of informal, but very enjoyable meet-ups in the past, and we would like to get back into a monthly or bi-monthly routine of meeting up to talk real estate.

There is no official format, and there will be no sales pitches at this event. Just come out, meet some like-minded people, and let's talk about REI.

We will be meeting at the same location as the previous meet-ups:

The Brew Garden in Middleburg Hts. at 18950 Bagley Rd. 

Please feel free to invite whoever else you think might be interested too.

    we do not have a formal topic that we discuss at our meet ups right now. Maybe in the future as the group grows we will look at bringing in guest speakers, but for now it is just an informal round table discussion amongst like minded real estate investors about whatever topics you want to get into.

    We get a good variety of investors from newbies to experienced, and people involved with different investing styles, techniques and professions.

    It's been great conversation so far, and it's nice to feel like you are not being pitched some service, product or boot camp seminar.

    @Paul Farley We decided that we are going to meet again in December, on Weds 12/23 @ 6pm.

    We know a lot of people probably cannot make that date because of the holiday, but a few of us decided that we were going to meet either way.

    All are welcome. Mention it to others if you think they would be interested, not everyone sees every post.

    I had a meet up, and it was good however now we have a pretty amazing Reia group starting in January that you should attend. It is completely nonprofit a part of all oReia and I get nothing out of it but I believe it

    Hey @Don Young, yes we decided to cancel the proposed meeting for today because of all the holiday stuff going on. Sorry we didn't post anything, we weren't sure if we were going to get together or not.

    @Keith Minton Yes, the group is still meeting. We just took a hiatus for the holidays.


    We are actually meeting this Thursday 1/28 at 6pm @ the Brew Garden on Bagley rd in Middleburg Heights.

    @Don Young We had a strong showing, I didn't get a chance to talk to many of the new faces. We normally shoot for the last Thursday of the month. We will post a notification.

    We have been investors since 2002 & we are also members of the Lake Erie Landlords Association of Lorain County.

    We look forward to being there and sharing some "war stories" with others.
