Hey Everyone!
I'm interested in connecting with other younger RE newbies. Could be great to have someone in a similar situation to bounce ideas off and may even be a way to find partners in the future! Not looking to formalize anything, just see who's around for now.
When it comes to financial independence (my objective), there are very few people I can discuss this with and not sound crazy.. but I figure there are some more like me out there :)

Clark, there is a good meetup that happens at the Richardson Fox and Hound about once a month. @Dana Chun usually sends a note out about it.
Also there is a meetup that happens about once a month organized by @Nick Hughes and that groups meets at the Gingerman.
Both are great groups, both have a lot of people just getting started and we try and attend them. Cheers!!!
Hey guys, I think a meet up of young investors in DFW would be awesome! I'm 20, and fairly new to investing in real estate. I am currently just trying to learn as much as possible and network with like minded individuals. I can't wait for this young investors meet up!

@Jerry Thompson bumped into this thread and I couldn't agree more! REI and just talking about the pursuit of financial freedom doesn't seem to be talked about enough imo from people around our age! Would love to grab some coffee and see how the REI planning is going for you. -Chris
Hi everyone, I've recently moved down to Texas and I'm in the middle of my first BRRR with a fourplex. Would love to meet everyone and keep sharing the knowledge!
As @Bart H. mentioned above, we do have a monthly meetup at Ginger Man in Dallas, and anyone is welcome to come join the group. Very casual - typically around 20ish people sitting around for a beer and talking real estate goals, progress, strategies, etc.

Looking forward it @Nick Hughes! I go several networking events a week that are really a venue for "gurus" to hawk their most recent get rich quick scheme. I'd love to hang out and discuss things with people trying to learn and grow.
Hey everyone! I'm local in DFW (Allen, Tx). I'm 25 and bought my first rental at 21. I've used BP for years, but recently started posting more. I have 5 rentals, do a few flips a years, and am getting into wholesaling. Let me know if y'all get together!
