I’m Hiring a Coach

I want to pay someone with experience in Lease Options/rent to own to help me analyze a few deals.
I have an idea of how to do this already because of the extensive information online, but I would like someone with prior experience to go over it with me via a teams or zoom meeting.
I just want to pick your brain and watch your brain run numbers on a couple of deals to see how you would structure the deal and why.
Also, if you know any strategies to push lease options that would be cool too.

I’ll pay $250 for an hour of your time. If we go over, I will prorate it. Thank you.

P.S. I already have four long term rentals that cash flow. So I am not a super noob. Just a noob to lease options. I want to get involved with at least options for the potential of higher, cash flow, upfront, larger, upfront deposit, and larger sales price.

The basic concept is all over the Internet, including right here on BP.  localized forms is what helps.

When I lived in another state, I did Lease options some and I had a Investor that I paid a whole lot more than $250 provide me with his lease and option agreement, which I used for years until I moved to Texas.

I am having a Lawyer draw up the option contract. He drew my lease up a couple of years ago.
I’m just asking someone to look at a home and write the numbers how they would right them up. I just want to pick their brain on it. No one else on my area invests in real estate besides on guy other than me.

I all of my documentation is local, I just wanted to run numbers. Doing long term rentals is easy. I just want to pick someone’s brain on lead options.

I don’t need any documentation, thanks.

What area are you in? If you post a couple of addresses and what the current rent is you can probably get some free advice right here. If that does not work, I could consult you. Ideally someone from your state that is familiar with lease Options would be the best route whereas some states have less favorable views of lease options.

I would not charge, but you could make a contribution to my favorite charity at whatever help you felt I gave you was worth.

I read your comment wrong (working right now) so I edited my response.

I could do that though. Can I post my email
on here? We can set up a call where you can share your screen and run some numbers? I would 100% donate to your charity.

You might want to put what state you’re in to see if someone from your particular state replies first. If someone in your particular state Wants to take you up on your offer. Give them the first shot. I’m willing to give some pointers if they do not step forward, but be sure and list your state and let’s give someone from your state time to come forward first.
