Excellent content as always. However, would an experienced cash buyers always trust the rehab costs of the wholesaler and would it be wiser to expand the inspection period to verify the data themselves?

You should always do your own due diligence because wholesalers are most likely using "Guesstimations". Try to get inspections as prompt as possible. Good Luck!

I wouldn't imagine a experienced cash buyer would trust a wholesalers rehab cost estimates. But i take it it is in the cash buyers legal right to expand the expectation period? Is that right?

New investor here! Lets say, that clause wasn't on the assignment contract and the end buyer backs out. Would the deal fall back on the wholesaler or is he out of the deal before hand and the contract is terminated?

I'm an investor myself and currently in RE school. Can i keep using the contract that I've been using or as a licensed agent, I have to use the official, long standard contract. Also, do you know and brokerages that permit wholesaling with a separate LLC? I appreciate the content
