Hey guys, I was just wondering if anybody knows of an attorney that handles subject to closings and contract review? Due to the many regulations I want to close these strictly with an attorney. Any help would be appreciated, thank you! Mostly in Tacoma, University Place, Fircrest, etc.

You should deal with a local attorney, well-versed in LOCAL regulations. I find, if I regularly use such an attorney, he will often send some deals my way. I give all my business to one attorney.
Some Title Companies have an in-house attorney, who will advise you-if you give them business.
You will find treatment of "subject-to" will vary, from attorney to attorney. Some will not even do it.
Same with "Double Closings". Some will do them, some say they will, but they won't; some just won't.
You may have to Kiss a Few Frogs. A bad attorney can screw up a good dream.
