Hello! Does anyone do Short Sales? Is this still a good way to get good deals in this market, and this location? Please add me as a contact and we can share contact details. I currently have 6 rentals, cash, all bought in 2016. I am trying to fine tune my strategy to get cheaper prices and maximize my dollar spent. I am in the Tampa / St Petersburg area. Thank You!
I sell quite a few short sales to investors. They do take quite some time to get fully approved, but you can find some great deals. If you are looking for property in the Tampa Bay area I would love to connect with you. There are a lot of great ways to find good deals in this market.
@Colin Mooney i would also be interested in discounted SFH in the Tampa and surrounding areas .. i am actually from Bushnell but I will drive to Tampa to get a deal on a flip ..
