Deal Hunting - Landlords With Recent Filed Evictions
After listening to almost all of the Bigger Pockets podcasts, my fiancé and I are l starting to dive into creative ways to find deals- one of which was contacting landlords with recent evictions in our surrounding cities and counties. When we called the city municipal court, they said they could not send us a list of evictions filed within the last couple years or so.. any ideas why not? Isn’t all that public info?
