Hello all,
I was wondering what everyone’s take is on the impact of blockchain in the real estate market? With technology advancing the way that it is, it should only be a matter of time before smart contracts are the only way of getting things done.
What’re yalls thoughts?
But what these guys are messing around with makes me super nervous that they may become the next financial weapons of mass destruction because, after all, they are once again, derivatives.
