@Shyla Cooks Save your money, read, and start looking at properties. I spent about 2.5 years doing research and reading. In the last 18 months I've started looking at properties and hopefully at the end of July here I will close on my first triplex. I would say the first step to do is figure out why you want to invest in real estate and what route you want to go to reach that. Once you know why you'll be able to research different methods of investing. After that you will know what to focus on and begin taking steps towards that goal.
