Looking for Lead Generation Advice! Thank you

Hi guys! Thank you for reading. I am looking for some advice here on how to do lead generation more efficiently.  From my understanding, a lot of investors and wholesalers utilize listsource.com for homeowner list. Is there a similar website for real estate broker and property management company list? I have researched a bit, a lot of them look kind of scammy so want to reach out to the BP community for some guidance. Thank you :)
