We have a buyer looking for institutional level 8 figure deals - commercial or residential portfolios - where do you recommend to start looking? I have currently been tapping into my higher net worth colleagues, looking for advice :)

You could always start with loopnet.com. My personal experience is that once it's on loopnet, it's already too expensive, but I haven't been looking at 8 figure properties either.
