well that one I don't agree with.. tax free 500k when you sell.. how is that not an asset. ask anyone from the SF bay area and probably where you live. not a Kiyosaki fan personally LOL

@Jay Hinrichs--great quote from the late Robert Schuller. Wonder what ever happened to the Crystal Cathedral?
For favorite sayings: 1. The harder I work, the luckier I get.

I think its still there I went to a few motivational events there back in the day.
Saw John McCain before he got in politics and talked about his POW days and he tapped out how they communicated on the lecturn..
and another I remember was the CEO of Delta after the crash at I think DFW and how he coped with it.
these were the days before the latest motivation guys like Robbins etc.. My father really liked Schuler
