David has experience with flipping, and is also a buy and hold investor.
The idea of this meeting is to bring together all types of real estate investors (new and old) to talk about past, current, or future plans/deals. This is not intended to be a sales pitch. If you would like to join us please send me a personal message, so I can have an idea of what numbers will look like. David said that his office can accommodate 10-12 people, but if we have greater interest we can find a different venue, or change locations for our next meeting.
I just wanted to send out a reminder about our upcoming investor meet-up in Manchester, CT. @Scott Hollister,@Melissa Gittens,@James O'Connor,@Paula Kurtz,@Kelly Niddrie will be there learning and sharing information about house-hacking, buy and hold investing, flipping, and wholesaling. I just began taking a real estate class so unfortunately I will not be able to attend this weekend but please keep me posted for future meet ups thank you
My office is right next to U Haul on Oakland St. It's a yellow house with a huge garage attached to the right of it. There are a few spots to park in the front or down the side.
I offered my office because it was my intentions to start these meetings up again and this is the motivation needed.
@Rick Santasiere, I hope to see you there, but understand if you are unable to make it.
@Kit Crowne is a local lender in Manchester, and will be joining us as well.
I look forward to meeting you all on Saturday and learning from each other. It looks like we will have a wealth of knowledge in many different areas of real estate investing and financing!
The first Central Connecticut Meet-up was a great success! Thanks to all who showed up and for shared the incredible advise and information.
As per the request of those in attendance, we will be having another meeting at the same location on the 5th of March. I will advertise the meeting again as we get closer. I look forward to seeing you all again, and welcome and encourage those of you who were unable to make it today to join us next time.
