Who's in Orlando that would like to meet?

I am trying to meet with as many people as I can to learn as much as I can - I am completely new to real estate investing. I would like to buy my first rental property soon somewhere in Florida, (I am out of Daytona) and figured the best way to learn would be to talk to actual investors in the area. Please let me know, I would love to talk. Thank you all!

How about a breakfast meeting/meet up at Golden Corral on Kirkman at 9:00am on Friday or Saturday the 9th or 10th of February. They have a separate room we could reserve. Let me know if that works for most of you, and we could at least meet and talk Real estate

My wife and I would be interested in meeting as well. We both work full-time, so weekends would be best. The 10th sounds good, we're both new to investing and would really like to learn more about the local markets.

I never heard back from anyone, so did not schedule anything. Maybe its better to just set something up with a few people and go from there.

I'm in Orlando as well! Does anyone want to get together this coming Monday for Happy Hour? Maybe off Sand Lake Road? Looks like there are a lot of members in the SW Orlando area.

@Courtney Roll welcome to BP! As @Kim Meredith Hampton mentioned, CFRI is a great place to connect with other investors (btw, Kim is someone you want to get connected with... an awesome resource!). Tomorrow night at 6;30 pm is the Lake County meeting for CFRI, held in Clermont. I'll be in Miami, so can't make it this time, but let's catch up soon.

Hi All,
As I said earlier, I'll be in town the weekend of 4/6/18. Can we schedule a connect? I'll be staying at one of the Hilton Disney properties and am coming to house hunt. Once I find my new home, I plan to begin investing in the area for rental income to start.
Would love to meet up either Saturday or Sunday. Let me now if you'd like to join me, we could meet up for coffee in the morning or later in the day.

Hey guys! I just saw this post actually and it gained a lot of traction. Is everybody close to downtown Orlando? If so, would you like to schedule something soon? I saw a lot of back and forth but nothing really set in stone.

I'm located in Boca Raton but I've been looking in Orlando to invest in multifamily as I know very well the city

My networking group chat is still available if anyone wants to join. We had out first meetup last month and we are planning on the next one for April.
The plan is to meet once a month, usually on Saturdays.
