Starting to Build a Team in Indy

Hello Indy!

I recently moved back to Indy after a brief (7 year) move to Chicago.  So I am looking to build my team here locally.  I am interested in single family and small multi family properties.  I know multi is a bit of a challenge in this market, but it doesn't hurt to keep an eye out.  Right now mostly interested in properties that only require minor reno, but will consider large scale reno if the numbers are right.  Listed below are the team members that I am looking for, but here is my request.  Please don't recommend yourself, please recommend someone else!  If you are a contractor, recommend a real estate agent.  If you are a real estate agent, recommend a banker etc, etc, etc.

1) a real estate agent for single family or small multi,  that also owns investment properties.

2) a contractor for rehab projects, that also owns investment properties.

3) banker(s) that can provide traditional financing, that also own investment properties.

4) a lawyer that can review contracts and help set up my LLC, that also owns investment properties.

5) also just looking to network and make connections locally, so feel free to recommend yourself for this! haha.

I currently have two doors out of state, and am looking to add two more doors next year.  Appreciate your feedback and any recommendations that you can give!

Cheers!

Welcome to the Indy market - I'd recommend Jynell Berkshire, as far as an REI attorney and City Place property management.
Out of state investing in Indy is my wheelhouse; let me know if I can be of any further help.

Best of luck to you!
